Bio
Family/Relatives:
-Emi Murakami: Harutomo's beloved sister, who is currently a Suna Genin. Harutomo treats her like a baby, which she may not like at times; however, the two are closer to each other than anyone else.
-Kiyen Murakami: Emi and Harutomo's adoptive father. Harutomo has all the respect in the world for this dying man, and often cares for him during his leisure time.
Chakra Nature: Doton [Earth]
Personality: Nonchalant; definitely not haughty. Harutomo lets his skills talk for him, and seldom, he chimes in with his own little cynical remark. Towards his fellow ninja, Harutomo seems to bear a dreadfully aloof facade. A sporadic manner usually expressed with pleasantries and seemingly callous murmurs. Not exactly standoffish, Harutomo believes that competence on shinobi assignments is his #1 priority; usually attempting to outshine his fellow teammates. However, Harutomo’s devotion to his own eminence is definitely backed up with hasty talent and improvement. The boy is not frightened to comment on his teammates’ talents, whether it is positive or negative. To elders, Harutomo is a gem, showing nothing but gentlemanlike attitudes. The prodigy can be a little disobedient when his talents are previously questioned. He is very aware of his ability, and is angered when it is doubted.
History:
No idea who his parents were; his earliest memory is playing a ball game with Emi. The two Kaze children were raised in a Sunagakure encampment on the southern coast of the country. This encampment was funded by the Wind Country’s monarchist government. Generally, this base was to protect three villages from naval attack, and because such an event was not popular, the place was normally quiet. The story seems to be, that a Suna Chuunin found the two children on a mission while venturing to the base, and brought them with him. Because of this, the children had no idea of their parents and often find themselves dreaming about them.
Growing up in the encampment was terrible for Emi. Always prone to diseases; aloof from the other children, she concerned her older sibling everyday with her whining. During the kids’ stay at the base, Emi attracted an elderly man by the name of Kiyen Murakami. Never having any children, Kiyen grew close with the two orphans and adopted them. Whether it was an excuse to return to the village or actual love, Emi and Harutomo believed that Kiyen had some good intention in adopting them.
After the trek home, Harutomo was accepted into the shinobi academy and excelled quickly. He seemed to have a hidden resolve to succeed; grow. Harutomo graduated into geninhood, and because of this, Emi decided to become a shinobi herself. The two children showed the village their worth through collaborated demonstrations of their talents in the academy. With an impressive cheerleader, Harutomo recently advanced himself to the Chuunin rank.
