Rules and some Village Specific Jutsu[/u]
- You cannot be able to open your eight gates unless you are an all taijutsu user like Lee was. This won't be given to everyone though.
- Anything dealing with puppets can only be used by Suna shinobi
- Check to make sure if village leaders have posted any village specific jutsu
- If you are applying for clan jutsu from a specific clan then the leader will need to second an approval for them
- You can't make up your own clan jutsu without the leaders consent. If its just going to be yours thats fine.
- Anything dealing with time or time travel etc. is forbidden
- Orochimaru is dead and his experiments have been disposed of. So no, you cannot have a curse seal no matter what.
- If you learned a technique from someone else, please provide a link to the thread or post where you were taught it. If it is discovered that you shouldn't have learned a technique you will recieve a warning.
- Don't apply for jutsu that 'you're in the progress of learning'. Only apply for ones that you would know.
